SIGNALLING DEVICES

The acoustic signalling devices HEROLD and SOG are equipment for mining machines and are meant for emission acoustic warning signals prior to starting up the machine and also for emitting predefined information signals. The emitted signals meet requirements set by Polish standard PN-G-47050. On request, we can implement any other type of signal. Construction of signalling devices allow for safe operation in potentially explosive methane and/or coal dust rooms.
The basic types of signalling devices are:
- Herold-3 for flame-proof housing that comply with standards EN 60079,
- Herold 2 for flame-proof housing that comply with standards the EN 500xx,
- SOG1 for intrinsically safe systems that comply with standards the EN 60079.
